Delivery and Returns

Deliveries:

We typically will send your order the same day as it is received if you submit your order before 3pm. For orders received after 3pm, we will do our best to put on that day's last courier pickup, however may be dispatched first thing the next morning.

We will arrange freight with you when you place your order. There will be a delivery cost added to your order. We can deliver to your requested location in most instances; however if you have a large order to a rural address then we may have to deliver to the nearby freight depot or drop-off point. 

Delivery will usually take between 1-2 days.  If it hasn't arrived after that time, please let us know and we will be happy to assist to track it down with the courier company. 

Returns:

All goods to be checked upon receipt. There will be no claims under warranty for breakages or credits for wrongly ordered items after 3 days of delivery.

If you change your mind and the product has not been opened then we may be able to let you return the product and of course if we send the wrong product we will arrange to get this swapped over for you as long as it hasn't been opened. If we decide to give a credit, this will only be done once we have received the goods back into our stock and provided the goods are in the same condition as they were when they were originally dispatched from our warehouse. We may charge a restocking fee of 10%.

All product sold is subject to our full Terms & Conditions. When the buyer accepts delivery of product then you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

It is infrequent that we hear about quality issues with our products, but if you think there is an issue then we welcome your feedback so please give us a call to discuss.
