Includes 4 ft 3/8" tubing, grid, felt pad and float assembly in a small brine well.

And based on float setting, will use 2 - 4 oz Potassium Permanganate Feed per regeneration.

The Float in the Feeder typically allows enough water in the tank to "touch" the potassium permanganate above the Grid Platform, and Dissolve around 2 ounces per regeneration ( from the 2 gallons of water added / removed each cycle ).

Also used as a chlorine feeder tank for Carbon Filter and Katalox Light applications.

* When used with a tank filled with Carbon or Katalox, you dose ( add to feeder ) with common chlorine bleach or Hydrogen Peroxide ( 7% strength ) once a month ( that is enough for average applications ) in the amount of 1/2 to 1 gallon ( added to the 2 gallons of water that will normally be in the tank, as added by the Control Valve each time the unit cycles and washes itself ).
