The Plan focuses on:

1) Productivity & Workforce Capacity

2) Climate & Environment and

3) Public Health & Safety.

It contains suggestions on additional regulations for drinking water, including verification of product quality and the continuation of activities to eliminate lead from plumbing products; as well as greater transparency of reporting on water quality.
